Fishing for living is quite an exciting
trip, but our schedule is always hectic and requires
long periods of time away from home. Weeks on end going
from town to town can be tiring, but we also have the
opportunity to see many out of the way places. Seeing
the country from highways and rural roads and small
town really allows us to get an up-close view of America.
My wife and I look forward to our travels and the new
and exciting places the B.A.S.S. and FLW Tours take
us.
Fishing all around the country is
very different than going to the same lake every weekend.
Adjusting to different bodies of water requires flexibility
and determination. It's easy to try fishing techniques
that you are comfortable with, but styles of fishing
are so varied throughout the country and your go-to
tactics don't always work. That's why I try to learn
something new at every tournament.
Thanks to our families taking
care of things at home and our house sitter, I get to
live my childhood dream with my wife by my side.
