Place Snook filets in a well greased baking pan 11x7x1 1/2 inch and set aside.
Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water. Melt butter, blend in cornstarch and add bouillon gradually. Cook until thick and smooth, stirring constantly. Stir in the next 6 ingredients and pour over fish. Combine butter and crumbs; sprinkle over fish. Bake in a moderate oven at 350 degrees F. for 30 to 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
